Here are some examples of Criminal & Traffic Law cases Clint has handled in the past:
- Represented a commercial driver who fainted while driving a cement truck on I-95 and caused an extensive accident involving 21 motor vehicles. Client was found not guilty at a bench trial. No subsequent civil suits were filed against driver or his employer.
- Represented a man charged with malicious wounding, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, and distribution of a Schedule II controlled substance. Client was found not guilty by jury despite being positively identified by victim in a photo id lineup and in court.
- Represented a man charged with DUI.16 after police discovered man pulled over on the shoulder of I-66 and failed a preliminary breath test. Charges were dismissed by judge in bench trial after successful motion for summary judgment following prosecutor’s evidence.
- Represented former business executive charged with multiple counts of computer fraud and embezzlement of funds in excess of $30,000. Negotiated plea involved no jail time.
